This query is : Resolved
"which expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the subject or context be deemed to mean and includes their legal heirs, successors, executors, administrators, legal representatives and permitted assigns".
These sentences always written in the sale deed in column of Vendor and Purchaser, My question is 'what are the legal liabilities of vendor and purchaser upon the above quoted sentences?'

the objective behind incorporation of said clause in sale deed is to bind the legal heirs , successors etc . tomorrow legal heirs cannot seek to disown the sale deed and refuse to honour the agreement signed by vendor and purchaser

The legal heirs of respective parties shall carry all the rights and liabilities those their predecessor in interests were carrying.
Nothing more, nothing less.
