We have Fertilizer Dealer. We are do business under Charitable trust. We have Pay renewal fees for Fertilizer Licence for renew. In between we have Purchase the material from company. After some time Agriculture department send the Callahan return to us & tell your licence is not renewal & they put criminal case against us. So give replay for this matter. What can i do. Any Judgement against fertilizer Department.

Consult a local lawyer and reply the notice after showing him all the papers.

so its show the renewal is must. then why you are not renew the same. if without renewal if you supply or sale the materials then you should face the legal consequence. Reply by letter to the authority and find the amicable solution First you have to renew your licence

i have one question that can any policeman interfere in fertilizer matter .yes / no . and can he be the complaint ? if its yes then please send me the judgement copy. we are waiting for your reply.
