How much time will it take for Null and Void if the evidences are strong

1) I got married on Aug 11, 2013 .
2) After marriage my wife told that she didn't like me but she was forced to marry me by her father.
3) She told that she was married before in the year 2006 and her ex-husband died on Sept 12, 2009.
She gave her ex-husband pass port photo and told me she loved and eloped with him after fighting with her parents.
She told me that she liked her ex-husband very much.
She married him in the year 2006 in a temple.
Her marriage was not registered
4) On Sept 14th she left my home after i questioned why her father and others cheated me.
5) I went to the place where her ex-husband lived and inquired with his photo.
I met the parents of ex-husband and they told me that she got married with their son.
It seems both eloped and married secretly in a temple by exchanging garland and lived together.
6) I took the matter to the elders . In Nov, She and her elders came to my house and denied the fact that was already married.
7) After some days, her father and her relative came to my house and accepted that she got married and pleaded me to accept her.
8) I said NO and i told that i will never accept her.
9) She and her father started saying that LAW is on Woman side and gave warning about 498 and 498(A) and Domestic Violence Act
10) On May 12th she came to house after pouring kerosene and warned us.
11) Though we filed a NULL and VOID petition on the ground of fraud, cheating and cruelty we waited for them for a settlement instead of court.
12) On May 16th we sent summons to her house .
13) On July 12th they contested the case. The next hearing is on 11th ,Aug, 2014.
my questions is like how much time will Null and Void case will take.
what kind of precautions i have to take now.

it depends upon pendency of court cases in your city . should take around 3 years as your wife would contest the case

Collect all relevant proof, request her ex husband parents to give witness in your favour , record all her threats and make a police complaint against her and her parents , collect the proof and witness where she resides after her marriage with her ex husband, if you will do so within 2 years you will get the decision of your case in your favour .
