Unable to find a way out from the fake case filed against me and my family

My family had filed request for discharge under Section 239 which also got rejected.
Also, the SHO has now after 1 year of filing the chargesheet has added Section 120B in the charges by mentioning that he had forgotten to add this earlier.
I am completely lost on the way out from this. I agree to the experts who mentioned that I need to come to India and seek bail, and apply for quashing, but with same being rejected for my parents I am not sure how would this work out.
The guy who has filed this is using the power of money all way along, believe me when I say this.
Isn't there anything that I can do to prove the truth as I am feeling bad that my parents are suffering through all this for more than an year now.
I Plead for help!

You should personally obtain the services of either of the experts or the lawyer of your choice rather making it an issue of common discussion.

Agree and respect your opinion Sir.
But I am looking for some proper guidance just to be sure that I am not been directed in wrong way.
As I am not the resident of UP, I somehow have not been able to find any reason to trust the advocates as none of the decisions have ever been looked from my perspective and the judge easily just listens the argument of the guy.
Can I file a counter case against the guy and people who have lied to move this forward in Mumbai?

I agree with expert advise of Mr. Raj Kumar Makkad. Your lawyer is the best person to guide you properly. If you do not have faith in your lawyer, change.

You have shown your distrust in the lawyers community and unluckily for you, here are also Advocates to advise hence no way for you.

I have copied the query to the same thread and now marking this as resolved.
Also, Sir with due respect to the all the advocates and also my lawyer. I respect the effort he makes.
But, whenever I take opinion from anybody else they say that you have taken all the wrong steps and you should consult a better advocate.
If I ask a lawyer from Mumbai to go and fight the case which I had done, it became to costly option for me as the guy is getting the date every 8-10th day and the judge does not come most of the time.
So flight tickets, advocate charges, travel to Noida and stay costs per date me more than what I earn in 2-3months total.
Nobody factors that point.
Advocates consider that as business. So even I asked this query as an open minded opinion not to blame anyone.
I have requested many NGOs and also some advocates to help me with minimal funding as I have not done anything wrong yet I am suffering.
This is the judicial system of India.
At the end of the day, it is me who is suffering and nobody cares accept money and that is the truth.
I am practically so harassed that I find no other option than taken some wrong step of suicide and everyone include this community forum is to blame.
I have written to all leaders, NGO, media, PMO, president of India, UP government and also the honorable CJ, but all in vain without getting any response.
The only thing that I have done wrong in my life is that I have studied and grown to be a honest person, I should have taken the wrong steps like the guy who has filed a case against me, become a criminal, make money and then all would have been in control.
Sorry that I had to speak so much. I did not mean to bring dishonour to anybody out here. But its time that everyone faces this truth.

If you find that to engage a Mumbai lawyer will be a too costly affair, better look for one at Delhi, whose cost will work out suiting to your pocket. If one is made to face the law, he cannot hid anywhere in the world without facing it. Challenge the case properly, get rid of the problems and be free, look for the ways for it.

The standard of fee of lawyers of Delhi is more than the lawyers of Mumbai, however, the issue of fee is personal matter and it can't be made a common issue.
