Do you agree that the job has to be done through a court process.
As you do not seem to be a lawyer, you have to engage a lawyer.
Don't you feel that you should talk to a local in your area, discuss things and take the matter forward instead of trying to know from the scratch what are all needed.
Please approach a lawyer in your area for doing the needful.
