Remedy if jmic donot allow to cross examine the accused

Sir,
what will be the legal remedy if JMIC donot allow the accused to cross examine the certain Prosecution witness or donot allow the accused to ask questions which are relevant for its acuittal..can we move to thne session court? In case if JMIC donot record his decsion on order what will be th remedy?? please help us

you have right to cross examine witnesses . JMIC would allow you to cross examine . untested evidence is no evidence

wha I am saying if he doesnot allow us to examine by passing the witness or if he doesnot allow the questions for cross examinations for taken into record what will be the remedy left?

If the magistrate has not allowed cross examination, appeal to session court.
