Regarding relieving letter from privious company

Dear Expert,
Hello SIr,
I was working in my prvious company from 1 april 2014 to 30 nov 2014 and I have given my resignation Letter on 20 Nov2014.As per company policies I had to serve 15 days of notice period. But I had only serve 10 days of notice period. As there were my exzam from 2nd of december. I had asked my Mannager to extend my Notice period by 5 days but he told me that notice period can't be extended and two people are already on leave so we are not allowed to give you leave.but as there were my exzam I had abscond my self from the company.
after that I have agin given interviw in other company and got selected and they have also accpected my experiance of 8 months but at the time of verification I don't have reliving letter with me now they are asking for releving letter of my privious company but prvious company is not giving me releving letter as I have not serve full notice period.So what action do I need to take to get my reliving letter. As it is very much important for me.

approach your previous company . offer to pay them for shortfall of 5 days in serving notice period and obtain relieving letter from company

If they agree pay the salary of five days and get the relieving letter.

You have posted that you had tendered notice of resignation and also informed of leave that you need due to some personal exigencies.....
The leave application can be submitted on plain paper by ordinary post/email also and later on prescribed form.....
If you have submitted leave request/application by post then attach a copy.
You may go thru Model Standing Orders: section on leave and service certificate.....and also (name of state) Shops and Commercial Establishment Act: section on leave and it's language clearly......it may specifically state that employee is entitled to.....leave...
You had offered to extend notice period by the amount of number of days of leave....
If you were asked not to come to office then you have acted accordingly..
You may let your Labor Law Consultant/service matters Lawyer draft your representations addressed to good offices of appointing authority/MD close the matters for you and demand the acceptance of resignation,service certificate,relieving letter,FnF statement showing adjustments of notice pay/earned leave/bonus/eaearned wages etc,payment of FnF wages,form16,salary slips of all months,pf number and a/c slips, etc to be supplied to you by redg.Post only...
