Land dispute

(Querist) 30 December 2014 This query is : Resolved
sir,
We have purchased a land from 2 different parties in our village in 2007. at that time we did't take any registered documents from them. we make deed in Rs.100/- Stamp paper only and registration was also not done. they have purchased this land from one person but they did't registered and make any agreement at that time. recently the brothers of the person who sold the land to above 2 persons were came and they said that this land belongs to them only. but in our village revenue record it is showing registered in my name ( it is registered by the officers on the basis of the Govt Order passed in 2011) Sir please Suggest wt legal implications....

Dear,

It's it is registered in your name then it a proof that u have a good title over the property ..... Who is in possession of the property ?

Unless the papers are show we cannot determine the ownership of land. Primarily you have done criminal negligence of buying a property though unregistered deed from the persons who also do not seem to have clear title.
Now be ready to pay the price.
This can only be solved by registering the deed of sale by all the previous owners.

Technically the land belong to initial sellers and the person from whom you purchased the land can not pass the title to you as his own title is defective

Thanks to all for reply.
Sir,
1) Shall we get a clean title by paying the price now to the opponents by approaching/ through court?

2) in 2011 as per GO Passed by AP Govt it was registered in my name is it not sufficient for title to the property.

actually the person who sold the property to above 2 persons was died 5 years ago and he does't have a legal heirs and he sold his share of land only. now his brothers objecting us. it was in the name of their father earlier who died about 35 years ago. please give me an advise....
