Regarding a property legal registration of b-form patta

I'm from Andhra Pradesh.I have a b-form patta land.I want to get an educational loan on this piece of land to study in abroad.But,is there any process to get a loan on b.form patta.

EDUCATION LOAN IS THE DISCRETION OF BANK WHICH DIFFERS FROM STATE TO STATE DEPENDING ON TITLE OF PROPERTY TO BE MORTGAGED.
Consult with your local lawyer.

If the Bank is not accepting the land as collateral, offer some other acceptable security.
