a woman has files false complaints against her inlaws and husband i.e. 498a, 499, 500, 125, 323, 325 and now preparing for 420 and filed for second marrige. what is the provision under law to stop this. kindly guide on the same i marrige has become money earing mecanism for such woman and no restrinction has put on the same.

if she filied for 2nd marrige how can she get benifit of u/s 125, law alwayas give prefarence to women but in some cases s.c. punished women for false cases a lot of hard warking is needed to proving 323,325 also , fight case with study ,she cant be won on false evidencec

she has filed an fir by putting allegations on her husband that her husband has performed second marrige. what evidence is required under law to prove this

for second marriage allegations the burden will be upon wife to prove and not upon the husband in fact.
she will have to bring on record some photographs or testimony of few witnesses in this context.
for other allegations under S.498-A etc, it is sorry state of affairs for India that this provision has been misused to a larger extent.
the opinion goes both ways but the one who suffers actually knows the truth.
have faith in lawyer who is representing the accused/ husband....the courts will act according to the facts of the case and evidence on record.
