How to convert trust in NGO

Hi All.... One of my friend is running a registered trust for the last 15 yrs. Now she wants to convert that trust into NGO. Will somebody guide us the procedure.

Constitute A NGO WITH THE IDENTICAL AIMS AND OBJECTS OF THE TRUST AND TAKE OVER TRUST. THERE IS OTHER MEANS ALSO.
