My mothet have three sister and one brother .the suit property is my grand father ancrstral property. My uncle that means my mother's brother sold the land indivisually . Now my mother can filling the suit against the purchaser

Your maternal uncle can sale his proportionate share i.e. 1/4 of property without consent of others. But if he sold the entire property then your mother can file a Suit for Partition and Injunction in Civil Court.
