my husbends brother didnt took any responsibility of us in eternity
now he is asking 50%share in 3.7 acres which is my uncles(my husbands father) properity

to my husbend and the rest 1.3 belonged

At best the 3.7 acre property will get divided into two parts (assuming that only your husband and his brother are the children of your uncle and nobody else i.e. no other son or daughter for your deceased uncle).
The one part i.e. 1.85 acre will go to your husband. So long as your husband is alive, you or your children cannot get any share from it.

There is no rule that on divorce, you will get share in the property of your husband. At best, you will only get maintenance. If the children are majors, they may not get maintenance.
