Should i go with notarized partnership deed agreement or registered partnership agreement? and why? does this partnership is liable to form firm as private limited company? should i have to do another registration to form private limited company?

At the outset,U have to make up ur mind whether to incorporate a Partnership firm, LLP,One man Company or Pvt.Ltd. Company considering broad requirements of business, Quantum of Share Capital, no. of joint participation proposed etc.. Hence, it is always better to consult an experienced local Chartered Accountant to plan ur moves.

Partnership may not be registered.
Registered partnership has certain benefits over unregistered partnership.
Notarized partnership deed is unregistered, get it registered with registrar.
