Leakage from upper floor

Respected Sir,
My flat is on 1st floor and leakage got in my room from 2nd floor room. 2nd floor Flat owner not ready to do the work in his room even not allowing me to do the same. I can't entered forcefully in his room. Leakage from make my room dirty. I have given written complaint to Society they are doing time pass no confirm decision.
I am staying in New Mumbai Kharghar comes under CIDCO territory. Where I can fill the complaint.
Is there any law available to solve the problem.
Can you help me to solve the problem?

Sir,
File the case of mandatory injunction to get the same done through the court of law and seek damages at the same time.

Send legal notice to the person and the society.
Discuss with your lawyer regarding filing of case and interim relief.

File the suit in co-operative court of your area after serving a legal notice to the owner of upper floor as well as to the society and also demand damages/compensation which you have suffered due to the respondents.
