Dear sir / madam,
In case of bank finance what is the legal role of demand promissory note and how to execute / fill up demand promissory note in case of proprietary concern, partnership firm and by company. Means how many signs required in firm capacity and personal capacity.

In case of companies, personal signs of directors not required on left hand side but, in others it requires.
In case of company, director's signs on revenue stamp is required with company's stamp. Whereas in others, proprietor and partner's signs required on revenue stamp with firms stamp and also personal signs required in their personal capacity. Is it proper way for legal validity?
In case of company directors are not liable personally whereas in others they are liable.
