Dear sir
Our union leader is workmen director of our bank
I am clerk and working since 3 years in remote area and my batchmates have already transferr4to their preferred places i have noticed that our union leader interfere too much in transfer related matters and make management do what he wants
I want to know whether i can oppose him ? And if yes what precautions i have to take to fight with management and union as i hve got injustices in every manner ....

Even if the Union Leader is actually interfere, it is impossible advance your cause based on this perception.
All you want is fair treatment. Please explore the avenues for the same without speculating on someone else's alleged intention or conduct.

Transfer is not your right and management has right to post you at place of requirement. You have agreed to it in your appointment letter. Exigencies, shortage staff, against norms are no. of reasons may be given by the management declining any application for transfer.
Submit your application through proper channel. You should take help of Association to adjust you at the time of new appointment process.
You may not gain anything by opposing union while sitting at remote corner.
