Mr.Nanda -petitioner filed for clearing defects -hence respondent is responsible for curing defects- I don't understand the above court order and hence this doubt.

Mr. Sunny , pl. quote the content of Prayer in the connected petition in exact words , so that it can be made out whether any inadvertent/ typographical error has occurred by the hon'ble bench while passing the order, so that suitable legal recourse can be suggested.

Order is very clear. There is no doubt therein. Application was moved by petitioner hence he has to submit those documents detailed in the application. where is the doubt????
