What does it mean by "standing at bar with date. Jcj exam ap

In junior civil judge exam application I come across "standing at bar with date". What does this mean.. I am already registered with state bar council and also cleared BCI exam. Please let me know what information I have to fill here.

Means the date of your enrollment in the bar Council of the State and the Certificate of Bar Examination issued by the bar Council of India.
