NOC of Society for Passport

Hi my name is Dinesh Parmar. My society chairman is not giving NOC for Passport purpose. Few months back my brother got verbel arguments with him.

From last 4 days I am behind of chairman to get NOC but not getting any response so again yesterday my brother has given bad words to him & Chairman also given bad words to my brother. Please help how I can get NOC

Chairman is telling i will do police complaint for giving bad words.

Whether the same has been refused in writing? If so, write to the Registrar.

In absence of NOC, submit other proofs of staying in the society, i.e maintenance slip, copy of share certificate and documents required to prove your residence.

If society chairman has spoken bad words, your brother can also register a case against him.

The NOC is your requirement, as per your post .
Better is you represent, yourself.

Write under proper acknowledgment.
Alongwith other docs that show you are residing at address attach copy of letter/email to Chairman along with POD/acknowledgment.
