X was a Govt Employee. He nominated his spouse Y. He was divorced and remarried with another girl Z. This person X died without making any change in nomination. Please tell me - who will get the benefits Y or Z?

Divorced wife is not legal heir and hence not entitled to the benefits of the deceased former husband.

Nominee is trustee of the legal heirs of the deceased.
