Impact of scn on visa stamping

I have received a message from vfssms that my application has been received at embassy on 19 March
I had renewed my passport last month. I got my passport delived at home but I didn't appear for police verification due to some medical emergencies
Now I have received scn on 20th March
My travel to Germany is planned on 30 March and I haven't received my visa yet
Can somebody help me as how to proceed

Do you believe that the experts would be able to smell what could be the contents of the scn and who sent that to you, as you have not stated anything about that?
Instead of wasting any time in wait of reply by experts on guess basis without knowing contents of the notice, you could better have tried to reply the points raised by the embassy or the Passport office to clear their doubts or could have taken the help of some local lawyers, if unable to reply appropriately.
