I filed divorce against my husband in June 2005. But the opponent party never catch any Summons nor appeared in the court and finally I got Ex-party Divorce in June 2006
In januray 2007 i got remarried and now living happily with my husband and son. This month after four years the oppnent party saw our marraige photograph in Orkut and filled Crimanal charges of second marriage on me, my parents .
Just wanted to know what can be the worst case. By any means can he reverse the earlier divorce.

If the ex parte decree is granted after complying all the requirements for valid service of summons and you have got married a least after one month from the date of judgement then your first husband is unlikely to succeed.
The criminal cases can be quashed.
