Impleadment in a High Court

I would like to know how to implead a person along with the defendant in a High Court. Site any relevant section, if any.

Dear Anonymous,

The correct answer is Order 1 Rule 10 read with Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code and along with the application subject to the High Court Rules you better be filing the amended memo of parties as well.

you can file a petition to implead the party and need to explain why he is necessary to be a part of the proceedings
