Dear Sir,
I'm in need of an MOU format between the partners wanting to by a common site and then planning to build apartments on the site.

Kindly Help me in this regard

The parties/purchasers to constitute a Partnership Firm and to purchase the land in the name of the Firm with object to acquiire sites and to construct the Apartments and to Construct the apartmetns -as thier business

For this U can either enter into Partnership or simply go for a Joint-venture agreement.
