forged documents

Please advise me the judgements acqitting the charge sheeted official for having accepted the forged documents without negligence and the documents have been forged by the diabolic designs of some evil minded persons. Innocent officer is being punished.

Sir, during the departmental proceedings conducted it is proved that the documents which have been submitted were issued under forged signatures. I am very much pleased to receive your expert opinion and guidance
