Revocation of suspension in criminal cases

I am a Central Govt. Gr.C employee, placed under suspension for a criminal offence during 2008. Trial is under progress. Can the suspension be revoked?

Why did you for such a long time. File a writ petition before the high court seeking revocation of suspension.

Only at the discretion of the employer. However, U may approach the court if there is no Departmental Proceeding pending.
