1.any expert available in india to ascertain the age of the ink in a pro note?
2. what is the maximum amount to be given thro pro note between two individuals?

It is not the matter of expert alone. It has been established that there is no technical know how at all to ascertain the age of the ink. It has been thoroughly analysed by the Madras High court recently in a case in which an expert who gave his opinion on this point was examined in court who has clearly admitted that there is no proven scientific process or forensic process to ascertain the age of the ink. therefore it will be a futile exercise to indulge in such process at all.

With regard to the second query I would like to say that sky is the limit.

There is no maximum amount as such. It is capacity of the party giving loan and the other party's capacity to pay.
