Imposed 125crpc & 12,18,19,20,21,22 on me and my parents. Kindly help me in this stage what to do
I was married in May 2009, since beaning my wife and her father create huge problem in daily life, i also seperate from my parents, during 9 months period she also send me legal notices for DV etc. I try my best for maintaining my married life in 9 months she and her father also threatening me to imposed so many case or i have to pay a huge amount beoz my wife having illegal ?? so she want to seperate in the back of DV. Since March 2010 she is residing with her parents, i & my family try our best to came back my wife , i also file section 9, but she is not ready to came back and demand maintenacne and compensation etc, also threatening to impose 498a etc if i could not pay a huge amount in cash. Kindly help me what to do in this case.

If your wife is adamant of not making any reconciliation with you then it s your bad luck. You could neither stop her filing the cases. The only thing you could do is not to succumb to her pressure and fight out your case. The truth will prevail albeit after some time.
