Sir,
Whether an adoptive unmarried daughter of central govt employee is entitled for family pension through out her life.
if yes please refer the relevant rule.

Yes adoptive unmarried daughter of central government employees who die in harness is eligible for family pension

There is no distinction between natural and adoptive child for central Govt. employee so same consequences shall follow in each matter connected to the employee.

But As I went through the c c s pension rules I found she is entitled only up to the age of 25 years. Am I right.
