my friend entered in to partnership during 2009 and requested sidco to aprove the above change in constituion.The sidco authoritie requested to clear all the dues aswellas the apoval charges.Now the sidco H.O. raise the issue that there is any enchrochment.In 1990 the orginal allottee has built -1"ft building on common passage.our land is the last plot.sidco is asking to either demolish or pay present cost of land.dispute around 100srft.

Better pay the cost instead of demolishing and make use of the place. Sidco has the legal right to claim it from you.

When you have the opportunity to get the encroachment regularised, better go in for it. If you choose to fight the same in court,you will losing your time,energy and money over the matter since no court will confer any benefit on an encroacher.
