Respected expert.
My brother has put fix deposite of 20000/-on co- operative society for period of five years. now my brother money is double on 1/09/2009 but society did not reday to pay money due to bad financial condition.so my question is that.
Last week my brother went kuwait period of 1 year so i got his power of attorney regarding this fix deposite.

1.it is compulsory to give notice to society for paid money?

2.Can i file complain in comsumer forum as a power of attorny holder.

3.Deposite is double on 1/09/2009 so my compalin is in limitation period or not?

4. any citation of supreem court or high court as power of holder if you have please give me?
