1. there is a statutory regulation which reads as. Reg. 8 Admissibility- an officer who is permitted to retire from service, may be granted service pension in accordance with these regulations. Can any body state what it means.
2. what a petitioner can do if the judge refuses to read the above statutory regulation ?.
3. urgent help from ld.advocates please.

There are several statutory regulations. From which particular regulation you are quoting the regulation 8?

Check whether there is any exception to that reulation you are relying on.

1) It means that an officer who is permitted to retire from service, may be granted service pension in accordance with the provisions as contained in that regulation-- both in terms of money & method.
2)Appeal to the Appellate Forum.

dear burman there are no exceptions prescribed any where in the regulations. any one who wish to get more details please give your email id. Question is whether this statutory regulation words or language makes it subject to any condition which is not stated in it ?. can a statutory regulation be forced to be read with any other regulation when it does not prescribe so by stating any proviso/words eg but,if,provided etc ?. The govt is making it subject to another regulation and the judge agrees and the admissibility of pension is denied to the petitioner.
