Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 02 November 2010 This query is : Resolved
sir,
I commimited a crime few years ago when i was 19 by threatning a person for money in the name of moaist but i was caught while i was calling him next time from the same telephone booth which was been tracked and was arested after which i realised that how wrong i was and after 45 days i got bail from high court and from then its 3 years i didnot do any wrong. But the case is still pendin over me and i want to finish that. But my lawyer says i am needed to be bailed again in local court to begin my case. So i want your help that how much will it cost to me and if i get selected in a reality show will i be allowed to travel abroad.
thank you

Cost as usual depends upon the lawyer you choose. You can go abroad only with the permission of the court.

Once the High Court has granted you bail, it is not necessary to seek for bail again from the local court to begin your case. Check up with your lawyer and clarify the position.

Dear Author, Have you surrendered to the lower court and the bail executed from the lower court where your case was/is running? If yes, then Do you regularly attend court ?
If any of the above question's Reply is NO, you may again have to go for the bail procedure. But in both cases, you will be granted bail, so far I think. But it is advisable, please consult with your lawyer.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 09 November 2010
If you are complying with the bail conditions, you will get court permission to abroad. If you have not complied with the bail conditions, your bail would have been canceled.

Under this circumstances you have to go in for fresh bail petition as your advocate suggested.
