credit card payment

my friend have two credit cards since 2007 he have withdrown full amout at the time of very urgency.

but at present he is not able to make payment of credit cards.

he want to know that any settlement process in law for making payment if yes what is the process and what % of amount will be paid.

Approach the bank collection department, they will give a offer. Sit with them with cash, they will give a good offer.

There is no specific law goerning such type of repayment. It depends upon the terms of settlement of both parties.
