Dear Learned Experts,
I would be very grateful if you could furnish the information on tracking of case history as explained below:
A Civil Suit is pending in the District Court for more than 5 years. In order to track the path of the suit, the complete history of the actions dealt by the court right from the day one of filing the suit, I want the history of the case line this :
4-Aug-2005 – Suit Filed
5-Sep-2005 – Defendants submitted their statements case adjourned to 25-Sep-2005
25-Sep-2005 – Lawyer’s strike – Adjourned to 20-Sep-2005
…..
Like this I want to track the history. Is it possible to obtain the information.
Who is to be approached for this and what is the procedure to obtain the information ?
