Is the property transfer on the behalf of the affidavit from married daughter to her father?
On the basis of affidavit, is the property transfer to my father without my presence in the estate office?

transfer of property requires registration, so the authorities wont allow the transfer merely on the basis of affidavit.

No. It isa not possible. If it has been so done,it would be grossly illegal and you can challenge the same before a civil court.

The immovable property can be transfered by registration only. No other way is possible.
