Whether without going into the evidence, the Court can pronounce Judgment just upon the admissions and denials of the parties.

On denials no judgment can be passed without evidence. However, in case of admission the court can pass judgment in favour of the plaintiff if the admissions are clear and unambiguous. The relevant provision of law is Order 12, Rule 6 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
