Dear sir,
Guild me if person stolen check from my house 2004 and using it in 2008. after that bank say "Account Closed" and He issued Summon from court.
1. What should i need to do, may i go to the police to lodge a complain about the check.
2. How can i make witness to my neighbors? is this will helpful.

Sorry to say, it is not a matter of commonsense to believe that somebody would have stolen your written or signed blank cheque in 2008 and you would not have issued a stop payment instructions to bank for 4 years from 2004 to 2008, when all of a suden some one would have presented a cheque to the bank.
Clearly it seems that you would have given a signed blank cheque in 2004 yourself in lieu of some loan or other transaction with the party and would have closed your account so that the cheque may not get encashed.
So, if you want a real solution to your problem, better you state the clear facts about the cheque, and what was the nature of transaction for which the cheque was issued.
Otherwise, even your complaint with the police may not only fall flat, but also may cost you much more for trying to cheat again.
