respected sir ,
i run a preschool and kindergarten.
as far as my knowledge we don't have to register under education department office.
One parent wanted me to refund fee and wanted following information.and attached a stamp. what should i do. Pls answer me as early as possible

hi. u need to register with District Educational Officer of ur district up to primar school sections. moreover u need to provide the information under sec 6 of RTI Act 2005. otherwise u r liable for legal consequences. so u better to consult a lawyer of your area to get immediate solution.

can i resolve personally with the person pls guide me early as i am out of station for 5 months
