Dear Sir/Madam,
My father transfered the R.C.Book of my Vehicle in my name. But I never changed my name in the insurance policy as it expired subsquently. The insurance company is not giving the claim.
I filed a consumer complaint on the grounds of Deficency of Service, the Hon'ble Consumer forum award the complaint in my favour. The Insurance company has filed a appeal against the lower court order. I want your advise and if any citation regarding the same.

hi. show your competency to claim. then only u will get the claim. but what the consumer forum has given the order, it is not final, being it is an quasi-judicial body, limited jurisdiction. in appeal u need to show your competency to get the claim.
