respected sir,

can muslim husband file a family suit for conjugal right in family court in eye of family court act. any provision for this family suit in family court or any barred provision for it in family court act

Yes a Muslim can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights.
But unlike matrimonial cases for Hindus, Christians the same is not filed before the Family court or the District Judge's court but before the Munsif court.
