A.RAJA WHO IS THE EX CABINET MINISTER OF THE PRESENT CENTRAL GOVT,HE IS THE PRIME ACCUSED OF 2G SPECTRUM CASE, TN CM'S DAUGHTER KANIMOLI ALSO ONE OF THE SHARE HOLDER OF KALAIGNAR TV IE 20% SHE IS UNDER THE SURVAILLANCE OF CBI, BUT TN CM'S ONE OF THE WIFE MRS DAYALU GOT 60% SHARE OF THE SAID TV BUT THE INVESTIGATING AGENCY FIX THE DAUGHTER IS ACCUSED WIFE IS WITNESS, THE AFORESAID TWO PERSONS ARE DOING CONSPRACY, BUT THE INVESTIGATING AGENCY SERVED SUMMONS ONLY TO DAUGHTER. WHETHER IT IS ANY OFFICIAL BIAS.

in this case i think it nothing is official all are playing games with public of india i think investigation and arrest of political leaders are very small part of this case in my sence this case also cool down after some time like borfoce,ghaschara etc.

You people very delay in updates about tamilnadu. Its called as politics. You know while first wife is alive the second marriage is criminal offence.. But whats the status in tamilnadu.. The honourable c.m having two wife. One wife's son is deputy c.m. Another wife's son central minister of india. Fertilize department. Who can question this.. Where is law? Where is justice?

YOU ARE COMMENTING ABOUT SOMETHING OF WHICH YOU DO NOT KNOW THE FACTS.
JUST BECAUSE C.M. OF TAMIL NADU HAS MORE THAN ONE WIFE, YOU CANNOT SIMPLY JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS AND YOU CANNOT SAY "WHO CAN QUESTION THIS.. WHERE IS LAW? WHERE IS JUSTICE?" etc.
YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT PRIOR TO HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955, POLYGAMY WAS PERMISSIBLE. THE MARRIAGES MIGHT HAVE TAKEN PLACE AT THAT PERIOD.
EVEN OTHERWISE, AS AN EXPERIENCED ADVOCATE, YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT ONLY WHEN THE AFFECTED PARTY (IN THIS CASE ANY OF THE WIVES OF THE C.M.) COMPLAINS, ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AND NOT OTHER WISE.
THEREFORE YOU CANNOT SAY IT IS CRIMINAL OFFENCE, THERE IS NO LAW, THERE IS NO JUSTICE ETC.
AS AN ADVOCATE, WHATEVER WE COMMENT, IT SHOULD CARRY MEANING AND WEIGHT. OTHERWISE NO ONE WILL TAKE US SERIOUSLY.

i agree with R. Ramachandran. when we know it correct than our thoughts have the weight-age and if we does not know anything than we are not effective in our field.

Am agree with you mr.ramachandran.. Are you thinking that i not in knowledge about the prior days of hindu marriage act 1955. Its mean sorry. I am knowledged about it sir.. Then without arise any complaint a criminal offence will not commence.. Thats also i know.. Can you say me that, when ever my c.m declared that he had two wife? I am not blame about him. My point of view is he is one of the great leader in tamilnadu political.. He have to be an example to publics.. Thats it.

On central govt, current ruling tamilnadu govt is supporting.. You know experts, regard this how much dramas were going, also still going.? Both the govt thinking that tamil peoples are still don't able to understand anything..

Dear Mr. Baskaran,
In your question, you have asked whether the action of the CBI would fall under 'official bias'.
Let me clarify, the concept of 'official bias' would mostly arise only if the adjudicating authority who is from the organization concerned favourably leans towards / supports the actions of the organization. In other words, such bias can be alleged only against the adjudicating authority, if the authority happens to be from the same organization/department/office.
In this case there is no such elements which would warrant the 'official bias' concept at all.
The actions of the CBI may or may not fit in with any other theory, but it certainly cannot fall under 'official bias' at this stage.

Dear Mr.Baskaran,
Based on the investigation only, the CBI will perform its duty.
There is no connection between the quantum share in Kalaignar TV and the involvement in the scam.
The CBI believes so. After trial, the scenery may change, even Mr.A.Raja may be acquited.
As such, there is no bias in the procedures
