Its depends upon your case sir.. Even just go through the f.i.r., charge sheet, 161 statement.. Find out the contradictions between the witness. Apart from this thats your talent by giving the new dimension for your case..

1 always put a sugestion eg isugeest that yur making a false statamen ..... 2 never ask aquestion whos ans may surprise you to your disadvantage 3 confindently ask your questions 4 guess your witnesses weak point like his guilty mind 5 never ask a question which if answered can cast you or your client in a bad light 6 never ask a question which may cast tour opposite lawyer to look good or his client can look good 7 ask only those questions whose answers are predictable by you(MOST IMP0)

Dear mukul, Cross examination is an art of every advocate. You have to form an own style for you.. You have to learn lot of thing from senior advocates's performance in cross. Day by day you will learn that, which question should be asked, which are should not be asked.. Actually watching senior's crosses is my hobby. But now a days am missing that. Cos 3.1/2 years i served my self in district court practise. Now am in high court. If you have that chances mean you have to utilise it. All the best.
