KINDLY NOTE THAT 1 RECENT LAW ON PROTECTION OF WOMEN FROM DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT IS BEST FOR PROTECTING LEGAL RIGHTS OF MARRIED WOMEN. 2.YOU MAY APPLY FOR RESIDENTIAL ORDER AND STAY AGAINST YOUR EVICTION FROM MATRIMONIAL HOME BY HUSBAND 3.YOU MAY GET MAINTAINENCE AND ALSO PROTECTION ORDER FROM COURT. 4.THIS WILL SAVE YOUR MONEY AND WILL BE ECONOMICAL AS NO STAMPS WILL BE REQUIRED. 5.REGARDING JOINT OWNERS YOU HAVE EQUAL RIGHT IN SAID PROPERTY. If the name of the wife is there in the agreement for sale then she has got half share in it. Non registration of the deed does not make any changes in her share.
If she is not capable to look after herself then she can get orders from the court for her maintenance as well as various protection orders.

Depends upon the existence of the name of wife in the agreement.

If the bookings were done by both husband and wife, they have equal rights, irrespective of the fact who had paid the remaining amount.
