We had public limited company which went into liquidation in the year 1999.highcourt of ahmedabad apponited liquadator but officer appointed did not take any action tilldate now assets and liabilites remaim as it is.Kindly let me know under which section of law we can take we can take back the company as we are ready to make payment and clear all liabilities. You may move an application before the company court which passed the order for liquidation offering to pay up all the outstanding debts and requesting it to revoke the order of liquidation.
