Dear Sir,
I want a favour form you. I am landlord in Kanpur (UP) & I have won a Civil Case against my tenant in Civil Judge Sr. Division. Now he is filed applications in District Judge for Rivision, Stay against order passed for evection.
I shall be very much grateful if you could kindly guide / provide me few latest Rullings of Allahanad High Court. So that I can Proceed further to Stop my tenant to get Stay against order. Can we also ask / place our things to enhance the rent during the leagl proceddings presently he is paying Rs.380/- per month for 1 Room, Kitchen Latrine Bathroom and Varandee.
The evection order passed by the learned Civil Judge Sr. Div. on behalf of bonafide need.

You should continue to press that you need the premises badly for your own use.
IF YOU ASK FOR ANY ENHANCED RENT, THEN YOU WILL MAKE YOUR CASE VERY VERY WEAK. YOUR EARLIER CONTENTION THAT YOU REQUIRE THE PREMISES FOR YOUR OWN USE WILL BECOME FALSE. THEREFORE, DO NOT ASK FOR ENHANCED RENT AT ALL.
