SUBJETC1 bought the land from SUBJECT2 by "NOTARY" method(both of them sigh from TEHSILDAR),after a month SUBJECT2 is discarding to give the land,after that SUBJECT1 FIR for the same but police demanded for 10,000/- subject1 take the deal and gave 5,000/- for same and rest after the dispute will resolved ,but police was unable to handle it.Now SUBJECT1 want to take legal action against SUBJECT2.Pls tell that WHOM TO TALK ,AND WHAT TO DO. Should SUBJECT1 should talk to TEHSILDAR himself for the same.

YOU SAY SUBJECT 1(SAID"A"BY ME HERE}AND SUBJECT 2(SAID "B"BY ME HERE}OK
A BOUGHT PROPERTY FROM B AND DOCUMENTATION MADE IN THIS REGARD WAS GOT SIGNED BEFORE A NOTARY ONLY.BUT NO REGISTRATION WAS MADE.
1)THE DOCUMENT IS VOID AND ILLEGAL AND NOT ABLE TO PASS ANY RIGHT OR TITLE OF "B" TO "A"
2)AS REMEDY "A" CAN CLAIM BACK MONEY PAID FROM "B"BY SERVING A NOTICE OF DEMAND AND IF "B"DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE NOTICE"A" CAN FILE A SUIT OF REALIZATION IN CIVIL COURT.
3)FROM HERE NOW MAKE IT A LESSON THAT EACH AND EVERY KIND OF DOCUMENT WITH RELATION TO LAND AND HOUSES(CALLED IMMOVABLE PROPERTY)REQUIRES REGISTRATION AND "NOTARY METHOD OF BUYING SELLING"IS NOT A LEGAL WAY TO DEAL WITH.
