sir i just want to know if any person penalize in criminal case of ipc 279/337 offences can he be able to pay amount in instolment.if yes then what point he will raise to convience judge.

it is the discretionary power of the court and it is not a much high amount of fine as the both offences is 1000 and 500 for 279 and 337 respectively and the court will say is not payable with one time.

patty offence 1000/- is the max @ for penalty!
