Delay in updation of 7/12 extract

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 09 June 2011 This query is : Resolved 
I had done registered relinquishment deed in my son’s favor ONE YEAR BACK but due to some reason could not be submitted to Area Talathi for removing my name from 7/12 extract.

Is there any mandatory periodicity to submit any registered document to Talathi to update 7/12 extract ?

Is there any way out ???

you can make application at any time for change in name i.e. for mutation entry.

you can apply to talathi with prescribed form along with WARDI NOTICE signed by you and your son and index2.
